- You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
- Only first-time purchases are eligible for full refund. Repeat purchases may not qualify.
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the item or provide photos before issuing a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll fix it right away, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
